Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)

Take responsibility for our Product Management - as our first Product Manager (m/f/d) at efsta!

efsta develops digital compliance-as-a-service solutions that enable legally compliant growth for companies worldwide.

In order to shape our further international growth, we are looking for an experienced individual who will actively develop our product vision and play a key role in shaping the development of product management.

In close cooperation with our CTO, the development teams and international partners, you will shape structures and processes in the product management of a dynamically growing company.

Hours per week: 38.5h

Place of work: Steyr / hybrid model

Salary indication: € 62,800.00 gross/year (depending on qualifications and experience with willingness to significantly overpay)

Your tasks

  • Establishment and further development of the product vision and strategy in line with our corporate goals
  • Creation and prioritization of the product roadmap in close coordination with our management team
  • Monitoring Analysis of market trends, competitors and regulatory developments in the area of fiscalization
  • Translating market, customer and regulatory requirements into clear technical specifications for our teams
  • Development and establishment of efficient product management processes and best practices
  • Controlling communication between management, development and other stakeholders

Your qualifications

  • Completed IT education (FH/Uni) and several years of experience in product management, ideally in the B2B software, SaaS or technical environment required
  • Experience in setting up or developing product management structures, preferably in dynamically growing companies
  • Sound knowledge of agile development methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and good basic technical understanding
  • Experience in the fiscalization, software or cash register manufacturer industry is an advantage
  • High level of initiative, creative drive and strong communication and analytical skills
  • Very good written and spoken English (C1), knowledge of German an advantage
