IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Salary: € 43,000.00 gross/year (depending on qualifications and experience with willingness to overpay)

Your tasks

1st level support (internal) and 2nd level support (external): Processing technical inquiries by telephone and via our ticket system
Ticket management: management, prioritization and tracking of support requests for an efficient resolution process
Error analysis and troubleshooting: identification, analysis and independent solution of technical problems
Efficient collaboration & process optimization: with our IT consultants, quality assurance - to optimize support processes and ensure system stability
Documentation & knowledge transfer: creation and maintenance of internal and external instructions to ensure sustainable solutions

Your qualifications

Completed IT training (HTL, technical college or apprenticeship)
At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position required
Sound knowledge of the administration of various operating systems and IT architectures
Business fluent German and very good English skills (C1), other languages an advantage
Strong service orientation, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
