New C-level structure at efsta: With clear leadership into a high-growth future

efsta is expanding its management structure with a new C-level team to further strengthen sustainable growth, customer proximity and innovation.

efsta continues to grow

With innovative solutions, new markets, and a constantly growing customer base. To accommodate this dynamic development, we have further developed our organizational structure and introduced a new C-level management level.

The aim is to steer our strategic direction even more clearly, to bundle responsibilities and to sustainably strengthen our efficiency and innovative strength.

We are pleased to officially introduce the new leadership structure:

  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Matthew White
    As CEO, Matthew White is responsible for overall corporate strategy, international growth and direction of efsta.
  • Chief Commercial Officer (CCO): Celine Weckerle
    In her role as CCO, Céline Weckerle is responsible for all commercial areas, particularly sales and marketing. Her focus is on the strategic expansion of our market presence and customer relationships.
  • Chief Operating Officer (COO): Volker Stöger
    As COO, Volker Stöger will further drive operational excellence within the company. This includes developing the customer success strategy with project management, consulting, support, and back office/accounting. His goal is to support our customers not only during the implementation phase, but also in the long-term successful use of our solutions.
  • Chief Technology Officer (CTO): Tom Schmielechner
    As CTO, Tom Schmiedlechner leads the technological development of our products and platforms. Innovation, scalability, and quality are his top priorities.
  • Chief Information Officer (CIO): Florian Frimmel
    As CIO, Florian Frimmel is responsible for our internal IT systems, infrastructure, and the digitalization of internal processes – with a clear focus on security, efficiency, and the continuous development of our ISO certifications and compliance standards.

Why this step?

By introducing a C-level management structure, we are creating clear leadership responsibility at the strategic level. This enables us to make informed decisions faster, better coordinate internal processes, and provide targeted support to our teams. This isn't about new faces, but rather a new level of collaboration: Many of the C-level members have previously held key positions at efsta and bring in-depth expertise and experience.

A strong signal – also to the outside world

The new structure underscores our long-term commitment to sustainable growth, innovative strength, and customer focus. We are convinced that with this clear management architecture, we are optimally positioned for the next steps on our journey – both technologically and organizationally.
