Working closely with our Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and make a significant contribution to the further growth of our company.

You can work flexibly from our modern headquarters in Steyr or in a hybrid model.

Salary: € 45,000 gross/year (depending on qualifications and experience with willingness to significantly overpay + variable component)

Your tasks

Responsibility for planning and implementing the sales strategy in Austria and Germany
Proactive acquisition of new partners in close coordination with our partner management team
Collaboration with our marketing team to plan and implement country-specific campaigns
Close coordination with our consulting and partner management team to ensure a successful long-term client relationship
Representation of efsta at trade fairs, conferences and industry events
Planning and conducting webinars for our partners
Support with the induction and integration of new colleagues into the team

Your qualifications

Completed commercial or technical training
At least 2 years of professional experience in partner sales, ideally in the IT/software industry
High IT affinity and technical interest (especially software/integration)
Business fluent in German and English, other languages an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to explain complex issues simply
Independent and team-oriented way of working
Willingness to travel to the extent of approx. 30%
