You support customers and partners in technical matters as well as receiving and processing IT support requests (written and verbal) - 3rd level.

Salary: € 43,080 gross/year (depending on qualifications and experience with willingness to overpay)

Your tasks

International customer service
Responsibility for clarifying the customer's technical IT infrastructure
Support of the SW implementation virtually and occasionally on site at the customer's premises
Technical 3rd level support
Creation of technical documentation for customers

Your qualifications

Completed IT training (HTL/FH/UNI) and initial experience in a comparable position an advantage
High level of understanding of various operating and network systems and IT architectures
Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B2), other languages an advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
High degree of independence, customer and team orientation
Low willingness to travel (max. 15%)
