IT - Inhouse - Consultant (m/f/d)

You support customers and partners in technical matters as well as receiving and processing IT support requests (written and verbal) - 3rd level.

Today, we are the outsourcing partner for over 400 cash register manufacturers and operators in 15 European countries. Salary: € 43,080 gross/year (depending on qualifications and experience with willingness to overpay)

Your tasks

  • International customer service
  • Responsibility for clarifying the customer's technical IT infrastructure
  • Support of the SW implementation virtually and occasionally on site at the customer's premises
  • Technical 3rd level support
  • Creation of technical documentation for customers

Your qualifications

  • Completed IT training (HTL/FH/UNI) and initial experience in a comparable position an advantage
  • High level of understanding of various operating and network systems and IT architectures
  • Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B2), other languages an advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • High degree of independence, customer and team orientation
  • Low willingness to travel (max. 15%)
