Salary indication: € 46,000.00 gross/year (depending on qualifications and experience with willingness to significantly overpay)

Your tasks

Technical analysis and consulting: log evaluations, technical documentation and infrastructure testing
Responsibility for software implementation: virtual and occasionally on-site at the customer's premises
Acceptance support: Support and optimization of the commissioning of the system
Support (3rd level) & troubleshooting for international customers
Planning & implementation of workshops and training courses (internal and external)
Close cooperation with our product development and quality assurance departments

Your qualifications

Completed IT education (HTL/FH/UNI) and several years of experience in a comparable position required
Sound knowledge of operating systems, networks and IT architectures
Very good knowledge of German and English (B2), other languages an advantage
Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills and strong communication skills
Independent, customer-oriented and team-oriented way of working
Low willingness to travel (max. 5%)
