Salary indication: € 54,000 gross/year (depending on qualifications and experience with willingness to significantly overpay)

Your tasks

Strategic marketing: Responsibility for the development and implementation of B2B marketing strategies for our innovative SaaS products
Brand development: Establishing and maintaining the "efsta" brand and ensuring a consistent corporate identity
Content creation: creation of target group-specific content for brochures, social media and other communication channels
Campaign management: planning and realization of creative marketing campaigns, including videos that strengthen our brand
Technical management: taking over the technical management and development of the marketing department
Employer branding: development and implementation of employer branding measures in close cooperation with HR

Your qualifications

Completed studies with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position required, ideally in the IT or SaaS industry
Sound expertise in the development and implementation of strategic and operational marketing measures
Confident handling of graphics programs and MS Office; experience in creating and editing videos and graphics
Business fluent in German and English required
High level of creativity, team spirit and the ability to implement ideas quickly and purposefully
