Administration Assistant (m/f/d) - Focus: Accounting preparation

We are looking for a committed and reliable person to join our team in the administration/back office area as soon as possible with heart, humor and an independent way of working.

Salary: € 35,000 gross/year (depending on qualifications and experience with willingness to overpay)

Your tasks

  • Accounting preparation: support in recording and posting business transactions (accounts receivable, accounts payable)
  • Assistance with financial statements: active participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and ensuring that they are completed on time
  • Invoice processing: interface for internal and external inquiries regarding invoicing and administration
  • Payment transactions: support for the efficient processing of payment transactions
  • Administrative tasks: general organizational activities in the administration/back office area

Your qualifications

  • Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, HAK, HAS, etc.) and initial professional experience in a comparable position required
  • High IT affinity and very good MS Office skills (especially Excel) are essential
  • Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1)
  • Structured, precise and reliable way of working
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
